1. Why are Forever Florist Malaysia flowers fresher and better value?
Our flowers are fresher and better value than almost any other florist in Malaysia for a number of reasons. We purchase our flowers direct from the flower farms throughout Asia, cutting out several commission-taking middlemen along the way. We buy in volume, so we are able to get better prices on behalf of our customers. And we haven't got fancy, showy offices to support! Also, our flowers spend only a short period of time in our fridge before going out as we buy every day instead of once a week like the vast majority of florists. This all means that you will get better value flowers that have spent far less time in transit if you buy from Forever Florist Malaysia than you would almost anywhere else.
2. How do I order flowers on the Forever Florist Malaysia website?
We hope this is simple. Just browse our products on the website, click the “pick” button on any product that you are interested in. This will take you into our customisation area where you can add wrapping and/or a vase. Then click “Continue” where you will be taken to a page where you can make your order extra special by adding chocolates, cakes, teddies, etc. Then either click the “Continue shopping” link or “Proceed to Checkout” where you enter to where and to whom the order is going, and to make payment.
3. Can I order by email?
Yes, you can order by email. Please use our "contact us page" and advise us of the item(s) you would like to order. We try to reply to most emails within 2 hours during business hours, but this is not always possible, especially during periods of high volume, such as Valentine's Day. We do not recommend that you send your payment details via email, as emails are not encrypted and could be intercepted. We will email you a secure payment link when you are ready to complete your purchase.
4. Do you offer 24/7 customer service?
Please note that we do not offer 24 hour customer support. Our customer services hours are 8am – 8pm, 7 days a week. All times quoted are our local time in Malaysia
5. I’m not in Malaysia. Can I order flowers to send to someone in the Malaysia?
Yes you can, as long as you have a credit / debit card or PayPal account. We accept most major credit cards and our checkout is PayPal enabled.
6. Can I pay with cash or a cheque?
Not normally. We are an online business and so take payment through our secure web site. You will therefore need a credit / debit card or a PayPal account to pay us through our web site.
7. Is Forever Florist Malaysia site secure?
Absolutely. Our site is secure and meets all the standards one would expect from a reputable online business. Our checkout is powered by PayPal and Braintree, which are both part of the eBay Inc family of companies. PayPal / Braintree is the leading online payment engine and PayPal has more experience of online payments that any other company. Our site is accredited as secure and we never store customer credit card details. They are destroyed immediately and automatically after purchase.
8. Will Forever Florist Malaysia share or sell my private data?
No, we absolutely will not and we think spam is as pointless as everyone else does. If you sign up to our newsletters, we will send you communications relating to Forever Florist Malaysia , including discounts on products. However, we will not sell your name or data to any other businesses.
9. Do the flowers come in a vase?
Some of our arrangements come with a vase, which is included in the price (if there is a vase it will say this in the description beneath the picture and in the bouquet name). If the items do not have a vase you may wish to purchase a vase by clicking the add vase, or by adding one in the checkout process.
10. How are the flowers packaged?
Our arrangements are beautifully hand-tied, prepared as close to your chosen design as possible. You can select your own beautiul wrapping and/or vase or simply keep it with a hand tie. Once prepared they are carefully transported directly from our shop to your recipient with the minimum delivery time possible ensuring quality fresh flowers on arrival.
11. Can I send flowers anonymously?
Yes you can send flowers anonymously. For Data Protection purposes all information provided by the sender is kept anonymous, all the recipient will see will be the card message (if you choose to enclose one). If you want them to know who the flowers are from, then please include your name in the card message (we will not tell them who the flowers are from if you don't put your name in the message card field)

We deliver nationwide, which includes all districts of Malaysia
13. What are your delivery charges?
We have a flat rate delivery fee of US$9 to all locations in Malaysia
14. Can Forever Florist Malaysia deliver flowers for me today?
Yes, we can. Please see our live countdown timer in the header of our web site which will show you how many hours or minutes left for same day delivery. If the countdown timer is showing "Next day delivery available" then you will have missed our cut off time for guaranteed same day delivery. Please note that our gift baskets are next day delivery only when ordered before 11am. Our Spa Baskets and Perfumes require 3 day advance ordering.
15. Can you guarantee delivery on a specific date?
Yes we can, for all orders placed before our cut off time which include a full correct delivery address and at least 1 contact telephone number of the recipient.
16. Do you deliver on Sunday’s?
Yes we deliver 7 days a week including Sunday’s
17. Can deliveries be made to business addresses or hospitals?
Yes, we can deliver to business addresses and hospitals. However, it is very important that you provide full and accurate information about a recipient in hospital including full name, ward name/number and full hospital address to make sure the flowers reach the individual. You also need to check that the hospital allows flowers to be delivered. For business addresses, please ensure that you give us as much information as you can in the delivery instructions on our checkout page.
18. When will the flowers arrive?
Our general delivery times are between 8.00am and 8.00pm. We also offer timed delivery options. These can be seen in our checkout. Please note however that timed deliveries are to be treated as a preference only. We will endevour to deliver during your preferred time, however this isn't guaranteed and no compensation can be provided if we deliver outside of your requested preferred time. We do of course guarantee the delivery date.
19. What happens if my recipient is not present at the time of delivery?
If your recipient is not at home at the time of delivery we will attempt to call on the telephone number provided for instructions from the recipient. If that is not possible, we will try to leave the flowers with neighbours. If we are not successful, the flowers will be brought back to our shop and we will contact you to arrange a redelivery.
